BolNote Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and BolNote, the developer of the BolNote: Voice Note to Text app.
The service
BolNote converts voice notes you share with it into text, translations, summaries and action points using automated AI systems. BolNote works with voice notes from WhatsApp and other apps; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
AI-generated results
Results are produced automatically and may be incomplete or wrong, especially for noisy or unclear audio. Check important details (names, dates, amounts) against the original audio. Do not rely on BolNote for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions. You can report a wrong or offensive result from any result screen.
Your content
Only share audio you have the right to share. You remain responsible for the voice notes you process and must respect the privacy of people in them. You must not use BolNote for unlawful purposes.
Plans, limits and payments
- Free plan: a monthly allowance of audio minutes, with ads. Pro: a larger monthly allowance (fair use), no ads, unlimited history.
- Minutes are counted per clip, rounded up to the nearest 10 seconds, and reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Failed processing does not use minutes.
- Pro subscriptions are sold and billed only through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
- We may change limits or prices with notice; changes to an active subscription follow Google Play rules.
Accounts and deletion
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Liability
BolNote is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using automatically generated results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
