Delete your BolNote account and data

BolNote: Voice Note to Text is published by BolNote. This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it, as required by Google Play.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

1. Open BolNote and go to Settings → Delete account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

To delete only your saved results, use Settings → Delete all history.

Option 2 — without the app

Email support@bolnote.com with the subject “Delete my BolNote account”. If you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google address. If you never signed in, include the date you last used the app so we can locate your anonymous account; we may ask a follow-up question to confirm the request is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (sign-in type, plan, language preferences)
• Your cloud history (transcripts, translations, summaries) if you used Pro sync
• Your usage records (minutes used, rewarded-ad credits)
• Reports you submitted about results
• Links between your account and Google Play purchases

In-app deletion happens immediately; requests made by email are completed within 24 hours of verification. Audio never leaves your phone, so there is no audio on our servers to delete.

What is not deleted

• Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel in Google Play first: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
• Google Play keeps its own order records as required by law; we cannot delete those.
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
